Hello Doctor. I Am A Healthy 41 Year Old Female

Hello Doctor.
I am a healthy 41 year old female with no history of any disease. Three weeks ago I went to Kauai and came back with severe shortness of breath, I got extremely week and fatigued, unable to do normal activities, chest pain left side, dizzy and nauseated. I have no fever, my EKG was normal, Ct negative for PE, auto immune came back negative, but I am still sick, this is the third week and I am miserable.
