Hello Doctor,

I had C section on April 2nd. I recovered and didn't have any pain or complaints. I was also getting my periods regularly. Since two days I am having slight pain on my lower left abdominal and my stomach is also bulging month on month. Its like I have a swelling around the stitches area. My periods was due on 19 dec but I have not got them till now. I tested at home and am not pregnant. I always get it on time. Please advise.
