Hello Doctor, I have just awoken a short while ago with a significant amount of blood on my right forearm. I woke up my wife, assuming, since we cuddled up, that it must have been her blood from supposed menstruation. After assessing her and then myself, I went to he bathroom and rinsed the bloody area. It bled for about 4-5 minutes, applying pressure before stopping. I am left with a painless, very tiny, but apparently deep hole maybe about the size of a pencil lead. Any idea? just an infected tract? Should I care?
