Hello, Doctor..... I Take Methimazole 10 Mg In The Morning

Hello, Doctor..... I take Methimazole 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the evening. I want to begin taking actalin along with my thyroid med. Do you think it would be safe? I might also mention that my thyroid started off being "hyper" for quite some time, then when put on Methimazole at a higher dosage, it took a nose dive. I subsequently developed pretibial myxedema. It's going in remission it seems with the new dosage I mentioned of 20 mg/day. I want to take actalin to support my overall thyroid health. Do you think it is safe enough?
