Hello Doctor, My Mother S Age Is 66 Year. My

Hello Doctor,
My mother s age is 66 year. My mother is suffering from Asthama and High blood pressure problem since 7 year she has chest infection also and her heart size also got increased.
Physicians suggested her for nebulisation with mixture of Budecort and duolin for asthma and telmisartan for BP.
After breathing problem increased she take nebulisation and 3 times she have to take this.Actually the problem arises now is that she gained weight and have muscles pain.
After walking in home only she start brething fast.i want to know that is this problems of weight gain is the cause of nebulisation by budecort and duolin.
Day by day her asthma problem is getting increased. please suggest me that is it good to take
1. both in combination(Budecort and duolin)
2. And 3 times in a day.
3. also suggest me the during the traveling time how she get nebulised if asthma problem get increased.

Plzzzzz help me to solve my query.
