Hello Dr.
My son was diagnose with RA at the age of 17yrs. He was placed on Humira unfortunatley he damaged his achillies tendon while playing basketball om campus. On the 11th April my son had surgery, last week after visiting the follow up appointment the Dr. said the stitches needed another, so again this week today to be exact it was not ready. Do you think the medication he is on could be slowing down his healing process. Today the Dr prescribe antibiotic to avoid any infection.
