Hello, I am 23 years old. I use to go to the gym one night around 6 months a go I came from gym and I masturbated next morning my penis and testicles were in pain. my testicles were not aligned and my penis have visible viens I also had cloudy urine. results for scrotum ultrasound was ok and I was treated for UTI. No bacterial growth. I still have visible viens and my testicles are not aligned?
