Hello. I am 32 years old. I I urinate normally at all times and my bladder empties completely. I have a good & unrestricted flow. I can control my urine without any problems and I don't wake up in the night to urinate. My problem starts when I am in sexual activity. Before starting, I empty my bladder, during foreplay I again feel to relieve myself. So I go and relieve myself, then during intercourse, I just after 2-3 strokes I again have a strong urge to relieve. After relieving myself, again after 4-5 strokes I feel the same thing which finally makes me come very early, I hardly able to intercourse for 2-3 minutes that also if I urinate in between. Please help me
