I am a 20 year old male with no family history of testicular cancer (or any cancer in a matter of fact) but just tonight I was going to masturbate and felt a lump on the top of my left testicle. This past week my girlfriend hasn't been around so I'm ashamed to say that I've been masturbating almost 2-3 times when I go to bed. Now I was checking myself about a week ago with no signs of any lumps or anything abnormal. But the lump I found tonight is about the size of a pea and is extremely worrying as it is harder compared to my testicles and is painful if I apply considerable pressure. Can you please help me in what steps to take next? Thank you
