Hello, I ate a breakfast burrito from McDonalds today and there was this hard stem like substance that I spit out - it had two stems about 1''. I swallowed and something (think it was part of the stem substance) lodged in my throat on the left side -- near the jaw/ear area. I have tried eating bread, drinking water and coughing but it will not dislodge. My friend can see it - it is on the left side of my uvela. Any suggestions on how to remove it? It has been lodged for about 10 hours.
