Hello. I Developed Sore Throat & Cough A Week Ago.

Hello. I developed sore throat & cough a week ago. The throat pain has subsided(took azithral 500 for 3 days) but I still have cough. I get bouts of it during the day but it gets worse at night. I'm taking Ascoril but it's not helping. There is also an issue with mucus in throat but I'm unable to spit it out. I tried gargling with salt water to force it out but it's hardly helped. I have been using a nebulizer as well with Budecort and Duolin once a day. Please suggest what can be done.
