Hello. I Had A Hysterectomy Removing Both Uterus And Cervix

Hello. I had a hysterectomy removing both uterus and cervix but leaving my tubes/ovaries about 1.5 yrs ago. I had complications 10 days post/op which resulted in E-coli throughout my entire body and a large hematoma that filled the empty cavity, the resulted in emergency surgery again and once inside it was discovered that the infection had spread to my appendix which was then removed. As of 3 weeks ago I started having some lower mid abdomen discomfort as well as some pain on the left side. The past 2 days the pain has increasingly gotten severely worse, so worse that I had to take 2 Tylenol 3s that basically only covered the surface pain and 6 hrs later the pain returned. Today the pain is still there and is not a pulling sensation along with the pain in the lower mid abdomen. Also when I cough it pulls down there like something is ripping. I did not do anything out of my ordinary day and I haven't been back to the gym in over 2 yrs. I'm not sure what to do. I saw my MD 3 wks ago and mentioned it but she at the time only wanted to deal with my BPPV (as she says, one issue at a time). I am 42 yrs old and a mother of 3. Please help! Any advice is greatly appreciated!
