Hello! I have 18 years, 162 lb, 17% body fat, 5'7", and I have been doing olympic weight lifting since august. Ok, sow my issue is that this day I have started to feel pain in my right knee and right now I can't even do a squat without this knee giving me so much pain. I don't know what it is i hope is not tendonitis or something like that. I train 1 time a day, 5 times a week. Hope this information helps you figure out what is wrong.
