Hello, I have a question. What does severe central stenosis at L4-L5 due to a combination of broad-based midline disc protrusion, moderate facet hypertrophy, and ligamentum flavum thickening mean?
also, Moderate lumbar facet hypertrophy with several levels of trace facet effusions but no degenerative facet edema or spondylolistheisis.
and, there forminal stenosis with at least mild exiting nerve root deformity bilaterally at L3-L4 and L5-S1. there is also crowding and a most minimal contouring of the exiting L4 nerve roots bilaterally at L4-L5.
