Hello! I Have Been On Nexplanon For Almost A Year

Hello! I have been on Nexplanon for almost a year now (October 2014) and when I first got it put in my doctor also suggested taking my regular Ocella that I was prescribed years ago. I was a few months away from my wedding and didn't want constant bleeding during that time. While I was taking both Ocella and Nexplanon I didn't have bad side effects. Weight was in check, and I was feeling well. However, after the honeymoon I was advised to go off of the Ocella. After that I have had the worst side effects! Constant nausea, sometimes vomiting, and pain in my stomach, etc. I've taken a lot of pregnancy test and all have came out negative. I have set up an appointment with my doctor in 2 weeks but just need to know if going back to taking both Ocella and Nexplanon is alright? Or do I just need to get Nexplanon taken out and switch to Ocella. Both have their advantages and disadvantages.
