Hello, I Have Been On The Antidepressant (Effexor: Venlafaxine) For

Hello,
I have been on the antidepressant (Effexor: venlafaxine) for just about a year and a half now. About 6 weeks ago my dose got increased from 175mg to 225mg. Myself as well as my partner has been noticing that I shake a lot during my sleep. It's usually my entire body but sometimes I can just be my lower half. These convulsions are intense and usually last about a minute in length. Any idea what is causing this? Is it dangerous?
