Hello I Pulled A Muscle In My Chest About 4

Hello I pulled a muscle in my chest about 4 days ago An went to doc An was told to take nuropen tablets but today I can’t hardly breathe an not really movrvmy arm I can take full breaths just short with major stabbing pains I’m 42 yrs old an have a 2 yr old an a 4yr old. I can’t pick up my baby wat medicine for pain and relief on script would u siggest an any ideas how this happpened
