Hello, I'm 18 and last night I noticed a sore bump on my scrotum (I believe that's what it's called) I have Fordyce spots already and I originally thought it was just inflamed. But I checked and a hair was growing from it. It is only slightly sore when I touch it. I am a Virgin so it couldn't be an STD, and my parents don't have STDs either. Any information you could give me is highly appreciated.
