Hello. My baby is 7 months now and we've started complementary feeding since her 6month+1day. I started with cerelac rice and that gave her constipation. I tried banana and avocado and still her constipation persist. Then, I switched to only papaya and her motion seemed better. since then, I am giving her cerelac rice + papaya in morning and evening and only pay mid-day. Then, she again have constipation and when she doesn't pass poop for 1-2 days, she refuse to eat food and will only eat normal again only after passing very hard dry motion. I consulted local pediatrician but she said 'its not a big issue'. But it is a big issue for a mother. What can I do? Please please help..
