Hello, My Husband, Aged 32 Has Been Diagnosed With RP

Hello,
My husband, aged 32 has been diagnosed with RP with dominant CME 2 years back after he was affected by covid in May, 2020. We have shown almost 4 doctors, treated by 2 but no results. I know there is no cure but atleast some ways to arrest this.. He is getting into depression coz of this. Please help. I am in Kolkata, India. Not sure if I should visit LV prasad eye hospital Hyderabad or Shankar Netralaya Chennai or opt for Ayurveda treatment.
