Today when i had to urinate i had foggy white pee twords the end of my urine. I have been working hard and didnt drink water so I started drinking a bit on my second urination the same thing happen again drank more water. Did not have pain or discomfort but after my shift I urine a 3rd time and this time it burn and had white twords the end of my pee. It felt like if I wasnt done urinating and like if i still had to pee but nothing came out just felt pain between my testicals and anus like it tighten up after a few min had more clear urine and the pain went away now im peeing normal what can this be? Since 4 or 5 yrs ago I had sharp pain inbetween my testical and anus and testicals would tighten up..but like once ever 4months or more. Ive had std testing n came back negative.

It has happen when I woke up out of bed I had to stop n wait for the pain to go inbetween testicals and anus..Idk what it is I also feel that tighting up when I orgasam multiple times in one secion.. I did orgasam a few times the night before and did not urinate to flush out i went to bed like that. What could this be plz help..
