Hello, i am a 14 year old boy. I have a strature of 161 and weigth 55-56 depending on how long ago i ate food. My bmi is healthy, however i really like getting in shape. I play basketball for a toatl of 4.5 hours a week and football for an hour and half on sundays. I have excercised before so i have a some what visible muscle under my layer of fat. I really want to loose that layer of fat around my lower abdomen. I usually feel bloated, how can u help?
