Hello My Niece Is About 10 Years Old Now And

Hello my niece is about 10 years old now and she has this needle like pain around the centre of her chest and this has been for about two months now. When it happens she is always agitated. She has gone through endoscopy but nothing was found. She is in perfect good health from the results they have done so far. But it is worrying to her parents because due to this pain she cant go to school. Please can you help?
