I am a 54 yrs old lady has been suffering from menopausal syndrome like hot flashes and sleeping disorder. I have started taking Soy&BLACH COHOSH pills twice in a day along with aswagandha and bramhi tablets in night . Please tell me r there any side effects of these supplements.
