Hello...I Seem To Have Continuous Drainage That Is Clear...it Most

Hello...I seem to have continuous drainage that is clear...it most often drains into my oral cavity which results in frequent phlegm and the need to spit...it is interfering with my sleep. I am having sinus pressure as well...had a CT scan 8 months ago which basically showed I'm full of snot (FOS) (what the doctor told me). Most people are asking me if this is an allergy situation and honestly I've never thought I had allergy issues...does this sound like an allergy situation and would I benefit from nasal sprays? I've recently been on an antibiotic for what I thought was a sinus infection but this drainage never seems to clear up. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thank you!
