Hepatitis B Test Done, Can Any Online Doctors Help Me Read This?
dear sir i have hepatits b and my test as under Hbs antigen positve Hbe antigen Nagative Anti HDV..........POSTIVE CBC ESR Normocytic normochromic ultrasound show is enlarg liver Frist Lft serum bilirubin total 0.75 mg/dl........ normal ranges 0.7-1.2 sgpt.......... 54ul/l.......upto41 alkaline phosphatase........... 118 normal range 40-129 Gamma GT............21mg/dl..........normal range8-61 Urea blood..........10mgdl........ normal range 15-50 after 3 months xculde enticavir 0.5 mg tablet treatment my Lft Test serum bilirubin total 0.35 mg/dl........ normal ranges 0.7-1.2. sgpt.......... 26ul/l.......upto41. alkaline phosphatase........... 90 normal range 40-129. Gamma GT............21mg/dl..........normal range8-61 now i have receive symptoms of liver cirrhosis. loos of drive sex . feet burning. upset stomach. dear sir plz help me now what i do? by waqas khan

Welcome to HCM,
You are having Chronic Hepatitis B & D positive, but Be antigen is negative and you are taking antiviral therapy and your liver function test are within normal limits.
You have not mentioned about HBV DNA status, please continue your therapy as per Gastroenterologist and please discuss with your treating doctor about loss of sex drive with available information there is nothing to suggest cirrhosis.
If there are other signs of portal hypertension than doctor will inform you.
Usually distended abdomen due to fluid ascites will be seen.
Your stomach upset and other symptoms can be treated easily.
Please visit your doctor and discuss your symptoms.
If by chance you smoke or take alcohol please stop both as they are toxic to liver.
Please take care.
