Hi Doctor,

I had a baby girl on 28th of this september. This was my first pregnancy. And i had an episiotomy during child birth. Fram last week i am having vaginal farts. It is like gas escapes from vagina while I fart. There is a small lump near my anus where they did stiches. And today i noticed that the discharge is a bit smelly. Would you please advise on this? Will it become normal after a afew months?
