My name is Ruby. Last month before I Used Pelvis Sonography. Then I got Polycystic ovarian disease . My uterus is normal in size, anteverted, measures approx.7.0*3.8*5.5 Cm and shows homogenous myometrial echoes. No Focal lesions are noted in the uterus. The endometrium is normal and measures 78mm in thickness. My right ovary measures approx.2.9*1.784.0 Cm (vol.of approx.10cc) and left ovary measures approx..3.3*2.0*3.4Cm (vol.of approx.12cc).Both ovaries ppear bulky and show the presence of multiple small peripheral subcentimeter follicles with an echogenic stroma.No dominat /ruptured follicles noted. Both adnexae are clear. How many chances are there to become pregant with this report. My Gyenologist are giving me normoz and metfirmin 500 mg. Is it a serious problem. I am waiting or your reply Doctor.
