Hi Dr. Manjunath, Greets To You. I Am 43 Year

Hi Dr. Manjunath,
Greets to you.
I am 43 year old experiencing heavy and prolonged bleeding (some time even for 15 days). Five years before I noticed a heavy bleeding during the period and consulted a doctor. She diagnosed as endometrium wall thickening (menstrual endometrium) and gave medication (T.Primolut 5 mg) . I took this for 2 years and stopped. After 3 months I had similar symptoms then my doctor suggested T syrron 5m 2-0-2 for 3 cycles. After completing the dose experienced the same. This time she advised to with Mirena. But I had a bit hesitation to go with that. I don’t know why (may be already I had 3 C sections. Having babies of ages 11 and 8. The first C section was a bad experience that my first baby died just before delivery date). Transvaginal sonography of the pelvis (took on August 2015) report shows the impression of normal appearing uterus, endometrial cavity, both ovaries and both Adnexae. Now after some months I experienced the same. This time for the past 15 days I had bleeding that in the last two days with heavy. So I took Trapic 1-0-1 for two days. My question is shall I go with Mirena (If I go with Mirena for some more years what will be the side effects)or any other solution is there for this.
Thank You
