Hi Good Morning Doc! I;m Suffering Daily For My Ankle,

Hi Good morning Doc!
I;m suffering daily for my ankle, foot pain and sometimes its swelling always. Im taking medications now like Olfen and metroxate because im having Psoriasis but these medicines are not giving any effect on my pain. I want to know the reason why? maybe because of the food I eat? or maybe because of sugar or any fried food or my acid is high, the usual food I ate daily is quaker oates for bfast, rice with fish or chicken for lunch and for dinner like chicken burger or ccucumber salad with yougurt. Is my Diet is correct??
