I am 38 year old male.
I have been diagnosed with high bloid pressure an year and a half ago. But never contunued my medicine due to various reasons. But now I decided to continue my treatment so yesterday I visited a cardio in my city. My bp was 150/110.
He suggested me telmisartan 40mg+Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg combination ( Telma H 40mg ).
Today when I took the tablet after my breakfast I felt bit dizzy and sweaty. I was settled after taking some water and lying down.
Can you please suggest me if the treatment is correct and what diet I should follow.
