Hi! I Am 40 Years Old, Non-smoker. I Do Not

Hi! I am 40 years old, non-smoker. I do not have cough nor difficulty breathing. I had a recent CT scan having the impression:

Few fibrotic opacities with possible subsegmental atelectatic bands noted in the apical segment of the left upper lobe along with associated left apical plueral lobe.

Subtle fibrotic bands also noted in the apical segment of the right upper lobe- possibly represent sequelae of old pulmonary tubercular infection. (I had PTB 19 years ago)

Hope you could help me interpret the findings and suggest treatment. Thank you!
