operated for bronchectasis rt middle lobe(rt midle lobeectomy) and k/cof hyperlipidmeia on diet
c/o complain of not able to maintain penile erection
no urethral discharge
not smoker or alcohole consummer.
semen analysis on 27/8/2012 volume 0.5 ml viscus alkaline
microscopic pus cells 2-3/hpf spermatogenic cells 1-2/hpc
motility progressive 50% non progressive 10% non motile 40%
morphology normal 60% abnormalk 40%
total sperm count 15mill/c

For erectile dysfunction -no diabetic,no hypertensive you can go for drugs to maintain erction
Regarding semen analysis,you have low count only which can be improved by taking high protein diet.
