Hi... I had DCIS on left breast...very large .. after my left side mastectomy the pathology report came back with focal invasion..with 7 mm being the largest. Also Pagets disease of the nipple with lymphovascular positive. My centinode was negative on all 3 nodes. I am HER2 positive..ER/PR negative. I went from a stage 0 to a stage 1 from the pathology report.

My oncologist suggests weekly Taxol..lower dosage 12 times...along with Herceptin for a year. Oh...and my margins with surgery were all clear.

Do I need chemo? My nodes are clear and the mastectomy removed all cancer/DCIS.
