Hi, I had a contraceptive implant inserted two weeks ago, after a lot of bruising which has now subsided I now have severe pain lifting my arm. There is also a sensation of pulling, a bit like an elastic band about to snap. I also have a significant hard swollen, either a vein or tendon pertruding quite significantly starting from the site of insertion going into my armpit. This is my 4th implant and have never experienced this before.
