Hi I have Lupus Vasculitis which is affecting my big toe and the next toe on my right foot. My Wound Care Doctor has been debriding my toes and also using the Betadine. I currently feel like we have reached a stand-still because both toes now look like hard crust. I think the crust needs to be removed but he states he wants it to just slough off. What do you think? This has been going on since November 1, 2014.
