Hi! I have a small bump on the tip of my penis. From a far it looks like a small bug bite. But if you look closer there are three very faint small blackheads. But they seem to be "deep" in the skin and not something I can pop. I think this is just an infection but I cannot be sure. I have only had one sexual partner in my life, my girlfriend. And I have only been her only sexual partner. I am 18 and we have been together for 3 years now. I do have a fleshlight and I am not sure if I have just not cleaned it well enough and possibly got an infection from it.
