Hi. I Have Been Having A Very Stiff And Painful

Hi. I have been having a very stiff and painful neck for 6 days. My doctor sent me to PT Mon. 12/28. My neck felt worse by bedtime. I have been alternating ice with heat and taking flexeril, tramadol and motrin per my MD orders. This morning when I woke up I could not raise my left arm up. It is like I lost all my muscle tone overnight. I have to use my other arm to lift it up. It does not hurt when I do that but if I let go of my left arm it falls fast and heavy and I have no control whatsoever. My blood pressure is now up, 179/91 but I am in a lot of pain. My pressure usually runs 122/76. I take HTC 12.5mg for mild hypertension. I am wondering if I tore a rotator cuff. I had a total shoulder replacement Feb 2015 of my right shoulder. But that shoulder was a gradual deterioration and I felt the excruciating pain when the rotator cuff tore. I have been extra careful with both shoulders not to lift anything heavy after surgery. I have not fallen nor injured myself in any way. This leftshoulder does not feel the same as the right one, even before surgery I still had muscle tone and could hold it up for a little while. What you think?
