Hi I Have Had A Fever For The Past Couple

Hi I have had a fever for the past couple of days that’s been spiking and the symptoms are all over the place. First it was the body aches, then the eye pain, the chest pain but it’s more of a tightness than a pain and there is no coughing or sneezing, loss of appetite, and lack of sleep, the first 2 nights I probably got 2 hours of sleep. Also on the first night I threw up. When I take medicine the fever is gone and I feel perfectly fine but then it always returns with new symptoms.
