Hi, I have had nexplanon since January of 2018 and I have t had a period since then just spotting here and there. I have currently been spotting for two weeks and I am having trouble falling asleep at night. Then I will be tired all day during the day and when I do sleep I’m restless. My breast have been really sore for a few days now. I have been nausea and just not eating like normal. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Just a few hours ago I got home and went to the bathroom and I had a big blood clot. It was a little longer than the length of my middle finger. Even before I was on nexplaonon I have never experienced bad periods. I have always had lighter periods. At this point I’m wondering if this is connected to birth control or what? Thank you
