I have started metoprolol succinate ER for Hypertension and POTSyndrome. Started on 25mg daily, told to increase to 50mg in one week once weaned off felodipine. I see this is half the usual dose for metoprolol? Or is the dosage different for succinctness vs tartarate? Worried I might be under done for the hypertension.
