Hi I now have a right clavicle pain that originally started as throat and upper chest pain. It started on Saturday and felt like something was stuck in my lower throat and when i swallowed my upper center chest hurt below the throat and just had a tightness to it. Fast forward to today the throat pain is not as bad but the same area in the chest along with my right clavicle has been very painful. The pain comes and goes but seems to be brought on when i swallow food or drink. Also hurts alot when i sneeze, sniffle, burp or hiccup. The clavicle pain literally feels like an air bubble trapped under the collar bone and is very painful for the few seconds it lasts.
