Hi I received a diamond tip microdermabrasion treatment with an pumpkin enzyme face treatment. Now I have tiny scratches on my face and it's red and irritated . I'm worried about scarring and any other permanent damage. Unfortunately my face did not have any acne before and no hyperpigmentation. It was recommended by esthetician for fine lines . However I'm only 40 and don't have many . I'm part Asian and Hispanic with Italian . My skin was fine before.
