Hi, I Went To The Emergency Yesterday And Found Out

Hi, I went to the emergency yesterday and found out I have 2 infections- a uti and vaginitis and they prescribed me antibiotics to take which I took this morning. However, I still have pain in the groin area and burning still occurs and I thought I was on my period because I felt a rush of blood and felt pain like I had cramps, but when I peed there was no blood but I did in fact have blood in my underwear, do I have a kidney problem? or is this occurring because of the urinary track infection?
