Hi. Im a 38 year old male. Average hight and weight.
For the last month i have had no energy. And always feeling tired. And for the last 2 weeks i have had constant sholder and neck pain. Last saturday night i woke up in the middle of the night extremly short of breath with constan reflux that would not go away for about 2 hours And it lead to vomiting. All week since i have been extremly tired with no energy. What could be the cause of this.
