Hi, I've had some serious injuries and my last MRI shows that the L4/5 disc shos prominent facet joint and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy with chondral thinning of the facet joints which is causing slight flattening of the posterolateral aspects of the theca sac. I also have disc protrusions and problems in the L5/S1 disc, but could you tell me if this could be causing the pain I've had for a while now?
