Hi, My heart the last 4 days has been beating heart causing loss of breathe. I will simply sit up, walk to the bathroom, or be a sleep. It feels like my heart stops sometimes and i have to wait to breathe. What could be wrong? I am over weight. I was about to start working out this week but can't because my heart freaks out and I lose my breath when my heart pounds suddenly hard!
