Hi, My Name Is Michelle. I Have Recently Had Mastoiditis

Hi, My name is michelle. I have recently had mastoiditis for a while it appears. I have been on 2 rounds of Cipro and 2 round of predisone. The pain has gone away but I still have clicking and popping in my left ear. In 1994 I had EBV for 18 months with no full recovery for another 2 years. Could this EBV be related to my problem? My MRI results showed lymph nodes on opposite of neck to thoracic are double in size than they should be. I did complete all Cipro otic drops whole bottle but noticed ringing like chimes in my ear in day and at night. So I found an ear drop called wallys ear oil which is organic that had great reviews so I tried it for several days and it is helping mewith itching and redness according to doc as of last week. Are there super virus' out there that are causing these problems. I did have a crown back in Nov 2015 which is when all this mess started occurring. could infection possibly have been caused by injection of novacaine with saline into jaw? Possible dirty equipment or syringe being used? I have had a new mouth guard ordered to keep my teeth protected since I sleep on my back always. Someone suggested I try arnica in pill form? Might this help or hurt situation? I have not been able to sleep well or work fulltime since Nov. I need help please?
