Hi, One Of My Family Member Has Got A Couple

Hi,
One of my family member has got a couple of small lumps on the leg (just above the ankle area), causing light pain when we touch that area. As per the doctor's advise, we got the ASO titer test done, and the level shown is 343. The doctor gave antibiotics that need to be taken for a week. Could you please let us know how should we co-relate the ASO titer reading? and let us know how is this treated?
