Hi doctor this is Akash 23 M.. I had fever and severe throat pain 15 days ago.. I went to a doctor and had a blood test, that showed the s. Typhi O and H antigen as positive in 1:80 dilution.. And platelet count of 1.15 lakhs.. I was administered with dolo 650 and few other medicines like esoga, nurokind, stregueron (apologies for not mentioning the medicine names right).. I followed this for three days and found myself comfortable and non sick... I stopped the medicines and continued my daily life... Suddenly after a week I again got high temperatures.. And having severe throat pain still... Please help me with a solution to overcome this situation
